SmtpNoopAsync Method

Sends NOOP command to the server. It does nothing and always succeeds. Can be used to reset any inactivity auto-logout timer on the server.

cancel CancellationToken (Optional): A cancellation token that can be used to signal the asynchronous operation should be canceled.
