How can I prevent my server from timing out when I send a long list of emails?
I receive an error: "An item with the same key has already been added"
What can be done about this?

It doesn't seem like the problem is timeout, and I believe this error has been fixed already.
Can you try if it happens with the latest Mail.dll version (3.0.15064.922 released on 2015-03-05)?
