A connection attempt failed

A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond 74.125.155.110:143

I am getting this error. Can you please tell me how to fix this?

Most likely your IMAP server doesn't require SSL (by default IMAP uses port 993 or 143 for SSL connections). Simply use Imap.Connect method.
