MSG mails will receive the special characters are not displayed correctly. If signs of mail body from RTF to HTML convertiert to as 'äöüß' incorrectly replaced.
See example:
{*\htmltag84 }\htmlrtf {\htmlrtf0 Mit freundlichen Gr\'fc\'dfen / Kind Regards

Clean Text:
Mit freundlichen Grüßen / Kind Regards
