Ftp.dll on .NET compact framework 3.5

Hi,
I try to build an application to transfer data by Ftp protocol and I used your library. Although this application can run on my PC but it cant run on my device which run Windows Embedded Compact 7.
Can your library use for .NET framework compact 3.5?

Ftp.dll requires full .NET framework or .NET standard (.net core) support.
